Will Russia return our Uranium on the Nose Cone of a ICBM Missile

Americans should not concern themselves with the fact that Hillary Clinton approved giving the Russians some 20% of our Uranium.  After all they can be confident the Russians or their Iranian friends will one day, out of the goodness in their hearts, one day return it via an ICBM to Washington D.C. or NYC.  One can only hope, if that transpires, that it is Hillary sitting in the White House when that special delivery comes.
