why ISIS terrorist attacked innocents in Paris.

BECAUSE WE ARE UNABLE TO SUSPEND DEFIANT STUDENTS FROM THE CLASSROOM AND SCHOOL SECURITY OFFICERS ARE NOW UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO RESTRAIN THEM FOR FEAR OF LOSING THEIR JOBS A FINAL SOLUTION HAS BEEN FOUND.  HUNDREDS OF SCHOOLS ACROSS THE NATION ARE NOW INSTALLING SECURITY CAGES FOR CLASSROOM TEACHERS WHO ARE UNDER ATTACK BY UNRULY SPOILED BRATS.
