Can a Liberal Mexican Judge be biased against a Conservative White Businessman?

Perhaps one in a thousand Judges could be completely fair in this case!  Objectivity is a myth when it comes to the Judiciary!  They are just a reflection of our society and not some Gods on high put here to fairly judge us!  Just men in black robes, when stripped naked are the same as us mere humans!
