In his last few days in office, president Obama is further reducing the number of terrorist there.  He has scheduled the release of another 17 or so, of the worse.  This we leave about 41 dangerous terrorist there when Trump becomes president.  Sources inside, Trump circles have indicated that Donald will order that most of the terrorist caught in the future on battlefields and goat pens around the world will be sent to Guantanamo Bay (GITMO).  There they will be given an adequate supply of water to quench there thirst, before being given access to lawyers who will only offer water and cigarettes for their silence.
