Castro offers Cuban Cigars to Obama in exchange for......

Rumors are flying that Cuban strong man Raoul Castro has placed the fate of the American Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay at the top of his agenda.  It's seems that the Cuban dictator is willing to turn over several American fugitives from justice to the USA in return for America abandoning the sprawling Guantanamo Bay naval base.  Castro added a sweetener to the deal by offering Barack a life time supply of Cuban Cigars. Of course this is mere fiction, but one can be sure that Guantanamo Bay will be on the agenda.  And don't be surprised if our long-term lease on that Naval facility is in some way altered.
