Was political correctness partly responsible for the carnage in Brussels

We all know that political correctness 

is a problem in America, 

but it is nothing along side 

of the rampant political correctness 

that has swept across Europe this decade.  

In many case the hands of the local police 

have been tied, 

leaving them impotent against the forces of Radical Islam!
